1. Services

MyFreeWeb ("we", "us") provides free website design and build services for approved applicants. Ongoing hosting, security, maintenance, and support are provided for £19.99 + VAT per month (£23.99 total) after any applicable free trial period.

2. Free Trial

Approved clients receive a 10-day free trial. The trial begins when onboarding is completed (not when the website goes live). During the trial you may request reasonable changes to your website.

3. Billing

Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial, your monthly subscription will start automatically and you will be billed £19.99 + VAT per month. Payments are non-refundable once the trial period has ended.

4. Cancellation

There is no minimum contract. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline. Your data may be deleted after 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Domain Names

You are responsible for purchasing and renewing your own domain name. We will connect your domain to your website at no additional charge.

6. Application & Approval

All applications are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion without providing a reason.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to host malicious content, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyFreeWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
